I don't necessarily believe that this individual tried to be rude, I honestly think it was their own anxiety which provoked that type of behavior. Yet, I hope they understand that it is not professional to tell any other actor how to do their job. There is a difference between someone giving a suggestion, and someone trying to direct a scene.
Although I was frustrated with my fellow actors' behavior, we had a great audition together. The reason why it was great is that I made my choices, and stuck to them. The other actor did the same. As an actor, you must make strong choices and go with them no matter what. Wait for the director to give you adjustments. As is true in any other situation in life, you're unique the way you are, and you can't let people push you around! Regardless of this actor's intentions, I felt that their behavior was inappropriate and certainly unprofessional. That being said, I do wish them all the best in their career and life! The positive thing out of this experience is that I learned how to deal with this type of situation, should it ever come up again in an audition setting!
--Fingers crossed for another callback!-- ;)
