Happy Friday, guys and girls!  

It's a beautiful night here in Hollywood, with a warm wind blowing and I absolutely love it.  I enjoy going out for a run in the evening, and especially on warm evenings like this one!   I spend a lot of time out in L.A. at night, and I thought I'd mention something that's very important for all of us:  Always be aware of your surroundings.

I suppose this is rather obvious, however I wanted to mention it here because, after living in Hollywood for 8 years, I have learned the importance of protecting myself.  I care about all of you, too, and I thought I'd share a link to an online self-defense course.  I'm currently seeking a class to learn more about self-defense, and this looks like a really good place to start.    Here's the link.

Regardless of where you live, always, always be aware and alert.  Take care of yourself and be safe!!

Good Tuesday morning, guys and girls!

It's been a little bit since I last updated my blog and a lot has been happening!  My Easter was very fun (check out the photo here with Mama Daley and her new puppy "Peanut Butter"), I signed with a new talent agency last week, and I'm very excited to see where everything leads!  I've also been working on an eBook that I hope you will all check out for some personal stories which I'm excited to share, along with (hopefully) some inspiration for you!

ALSO, if you didn't catch my latest YouTube videos, I explained that my good friend, Patrick, and I are going to singing and playing guitar on 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica this summer!  Here's the link to my YouTube Channel for more information!
