What's up guys and girls! Happy Thursday morning!

I'm currently in Orange County at Mama Daley's place, and my twin sister, Shannon, along with our friend Liz are here too! It's been so wonderful to see everyone, and more friends are visiting this weekend too for the 4th of July!

A topic which was discussed a lot during the first day of having family in town was the topic of "time and experiences." I often say that the only thing that I want to spend any money on are experiences, including participating in activities and taking little trips with friends and family. This is due in large part to my constant thoughts about desiring to live life to the fullest right now, while we're here. Life moves incredibly quickly, and whether we like it or not, everything changes, all the time.

This isn't something to fear at all, rather, it's something to celebrate. Where we are right now in life is temporary. It will change. Therefore, try your best in this moment to enjoy what's occurring around you while you're having this experience in time. Even if you're going through a rough time, there's always a lesson that can be learned.

I wrote more about this in a recent article published by "Fearless Motivation." Here's the link. And in addition to this article, you'll find a link to my new book, "An Aversion to the Definitive" in the article, too! I hope you'll check it out!

New YouTube vid coming soon as well.

Lots of love, and enjoy your experiences today!

What's up everyone!  Happy Sunday!

And Happy Father's Day to all of the Dad's out there who are loving, caring and kind.
I had the privilege to attend a Father's Day church service at Mosaic Church this afternoon with one of my great friends, Jenny.  The pastor gave a wonderful speech about what it means to be father and what it means to be a good man.  It was pretty eye-opening.

As I wrote about in my book (please click here to order it if you haven't already!) I have never met my own father.  Admittedly, it makes me feel sad at times to think that he's not a part of my life.  However, listening to the pastor at church this afternoon reminded me of the kind of man that I hope to be and how I hope to live my life; with kindness and courage.  The service today also made me think about how incredibly grateful I am for my mom, Judy, who has taught me so much about love and kindness. I feel so blessed to have her in my life.

Happiness, love and kindness is really all that is needed in our world.  Everything else, success, fame, money and all else is secondary to what truly matters.

We're here for a short amount of time, friends.  Let's try our best to live it up as often as we possibly can, and share as much love and kindness as possible each and every day.

Here's to all the dad's, mom's and everyone out there who shares love and chooses kindness.  :D
