We're All Connected...

Happy Tuesday, guys and girls!  Remember how I wrote about that feeling that I experience sometimes in the early morning hours, when time seems to sort of stand still?

Well, I have had that experience again this morning, and I thought I'd again share some of my thoughts about life, and about love.

We are all connected to each other.  Somehow, someway.  How did we all get here?  (Here, meaning on this planet!)  I suppose that my thoughts on that subject would be a much larger piece of writing than this blog posting - and to be honest, I'm going back to sleep for a couple of hours in a few minutes!  Anyhow, regardless of "how we got here," I believe that love has much to do with it.

Love connects all of the world together.  Human compassion.
I believe that most people are good at the core of themselves.  And I believe that it is our responsibility to actively work on sharing love and kindness, every single day, with as many people as possible.

We are all struggling with something, and unfortunately, there are lots of bad things (and some bad people) out there, too.  Overcoming negative and/or difficult situations can be extremely difficult. Knowing that we have people who care for us and love us help to get through the hardships of life. Remember that no matter what you may be dealing with today, you're never alone, and you're connected to many people who love you.

Stay connected to love, as often as  you possibly can.  <3

Love ya, guys and girls.  :)

What's up guys and girls!!  Happy Thursday.  I hope that all is going great with you!!  Life is good with me!  Whenever people ask what I'm up to I respond with,  "I'm livin' it up!"

Typically this evokes laughter, but I'm honestly not joking!  I believe that if we all live it up every day, we will not have regrets, and we will feel happier overall.  There is always something to be happy about, even in extraordinarily difficult times.

You're awesome, and you deserve to be happy and livin' it up as much as possible.  Follow your dreams, and never give them up, my friends.

OH!  -- I've got a new article up on acting.about.com.  If you're feelin' lucky, please check it out..  ;)

...a new day has just started!  As I look out of my window here in Hollywood, the sunrise is just starting.  And it looks like it will be beautiful day!  I know it may sound somewhat obvious, but I do find it to be incredible that no matter what a day brings, we always have a brand new chance to start again.  This is a privilege, and certainly not a "right!"  I'm happy to say that we, (you and I) have made it to another day!  Wooooo!

Now that it's a new day, we have a new opportunity to make a positive change, and we have a chance to share a little more love with another person.

I honestly feel that companionship and love is what life is all about!  We all have the opportunity to share more love - even with a total stranger!  For example, I find that if I think of everyone who I come in contact with as already being a friend (even if we've never met,) we end up actually becoming friends after a few minutes of chatting and smiling!  It's awesome - and I really love making new friends.

We're all in this crazy, beautiful world together!  Helping one another out and sharing a little love makes a huge difference.  A simple smile or a quick hello can honestly change someone's day around, especially if they're having a hard time.  I can personally say that on days that are tough, knowing that someone is there for me (even if it's simply through a tweet, a text from a friend, or a "hello" from a stranger) - it can turn the whole day around!

I hope you have a wonderful day - and I hope that you lend a lil love today!  LOVE YOU, my friend, and thanks for reading!

Good Morning and HAPPY WEDNESDAY guys and girls!  On this simple, short post, I want to remind all of you that today is a brand new day.  Obvious, right?  Well, it is my hope that everyone who reads this never loses sight of the fact that every time we wake up is a gift, and it is a new opportunity to start again.

Don't focus on the past or the future.  Try your absolute best to focus on the day (and even the moment) that you have right now.  Today is going to be a great day - all we must do is decide to make it a great one.

Love you all, and smile a lot today!

Just A Few Thoughts Tonight!

What's up my friends!!  Happy Monday evening.  I hope your day has been a great one.  It's almost 8PM here in California, and I'm just about to go out for a run - and then I'm going to make pasta! (Honestly, it's the best food in the entire world.  And yes, as lots of you know, I eat too much of it!) Haha.

For me, today has been a great day.  I worked earlier at one of my day jobs with my family friends, and I am excited to work on-set tomorrow!  Hopefully someday, I'll have the privilege of working on-set every single day!  (Gotta take it one day at a time!)

You know, my reader-friend, throughout my time here in Hollywood I've found that it's absolutely crucial to focus on the positive aspects of the day.  I try to do this all the time, but being human, there are certainly times that I feel frustrated.  I ponder why I'm not currently working as an actor every day, and when I think about things in this manner, I start to feel a bit upset.

Then, I stop myself.

I remind myself how fortunate I am to be alive today, and living my dream - every single second!  I train my mind to realize that I already AM working as an actor every day, I'm just not "on-set" every day.  And that's fine - because I'm loving the journey - and I'm already making my dream a reality!! And you can, too.

I've found that if you focus on all of the amazingly great aspects of life, you can never really have too "bad" of a day!  If you can rest at the end of the day knowing that you have done your best, and if you aim to be the best person that you can be, you'll constantly have great days.  Don't be afraid to follow your dream - whatever your dream is.  I want to remind you that anything is possible by believing in yourself, by sharing love, and by not giving up!

I hope you'll watch this video where I talk a little more about this subject.

Love you!

Jesse  xx
