Staying #Focused and Determined

Happy Tuesday, Guys and Girls! AND Happy April! 

I hope you've been having a fantastic day! I wanted to quickly share some thoughts about staying focused and determined to achieve goals. 

As many of you know, I truly enjoy helping to motivate my friends (including my friends on social media, like you!) to reach their fullest potential. Every individual has many unique things to offer our world, and discovering and embracing talents and gifts (and ultimately, sharing those gifts,) is one of the most incredible marks that we can leave on our world. 

I often am asked, "How do you stay motivated?". And this question is a totally valid one. The truth is, there's no one "right" way to to remain motivated toward achieving goals and making your dreams your reality. 

To answer this question rather shortly for this post, I'll focus on one area that always works for me when I am feeling like I need some motivation: Focus on your "why" and your "bigger picture" about your life.  

"Why" are you doing what you're doing every single day, and what are you doing it for? Who are you doing it for? What are you working towards?

I often recommend creating a vision board (I use a digital one which is always on my phone,) and this digital vision board helps to remind me why I am doing what I am doing every single day. It helps me to focus on what I am working towards, while at the same time, helping me to feel grateful for what I already have!
