So, I Have A Lot of Energy....

Happy early-Tuesday morning, my friends!!  I like this time of the night/morning.  Much of the world is asleep, and I'm here with all of you! I've come to the realization recently that I have an energy level that is higher than most people have.  My close friends will likely agree with this statement.  My energy is essentially an endless-cup of coffee, caffeine constantly pumping through my bloodstream!

In fact, I do drink a lot of coffee.  But I actually believe that all caffeine is doing to me physically is making me itch more than helping to provide me more energy.  I think I that I've been blessed with never-ending energy, without the need of any type of substance.  Hence, I may switch to de-caf.

Anyway, on to the point of this post!  I also attribute high levels of energy to loving life!  I make it a point to talk about this frequently across all of my social-media profiles.  The main reason why I bring it up often is that I truly want to see all of you enjoying your lives!  We have one life to live. (And no, I'm not referencing the awesome soap opera that is now unfortunately off-air!)

Waking up in the morning feeling any less than excited, energized, and amazing means that something can change in your life.  Though life can certainly become difficult at times, it is extremely important that we always focus on doing what we have to do in order to feel happy.  Even in the most difficult of times, there are lessons that can be learned, and there are things that we can do in order to feel good about our lives.  Knowledge is power.  When you are more knowledgeable, you are stronger.  When you're strong and powerful as a person, you will become more confident.   And when you're confident, chances are that you are going to be happy with your life and your choices! This chain-reaction leads to excitement, every day when you wake up!

So, when you wake up in the morning, ask yourself; are you excited about your life!?  Are you excited about going to work?  Make these answers a "YES!"  And if currently you're not feeling like your excited or energized about things, don't fret!  You can make a change in your life at any time.  It's your life, and you can choose how you are going to face any day.  I suggest that you aim to live your dream!

Guys and girls, even if your energy-level isn't sky high and (probably abnormal!) like mine, I can guarantee you that if (and when) you are living your dream, you'll always be excited and full of energy!  Feel happy and live your dream, my friends!

And with that, I am off to bed - I suppose I do need a few hours of shut-eye once and a while haha!

LOVE YOU ALL! xx
