WHAT'S UP GUYS AND GIRLS!!

It's a cool morning here in California!  I should be more specific:  It's a a very early, cool morning. It's about 12:30AM on Tuesday, May 5th.  As I wrote on May 1st, HOW IS IT MAY?!  I still can't wrap my head around it.

Is this year going faster than ever??  It certainly feels that way.

On May 15th of this year, it will mark 6 years since I graduated from Concordia University in Irvine, CA.  That also means that for the past 6 years, I've been working in the entertainment industry full-time.  It has been quite the ride, and those 6 years have flown by.  Super fast!

So far in my experience, I've been fortunate enough to have met some of the best friends that I could have ever asked for, I've seen things that I never thought I'd see, and I've had more fun than I can even remember.  Literally, I can't even remember some of it.  It's ok, though.  I'm always very responsible. (Kate, if you're reading this post, you can back me up that I never go TOO crazy with partying!)  Hahaha.  (True, true.)

I'm writing about this to remind all of you out there that if you're able to read this post, then you're still alive.  Obvious right?  Yes!  And it's pretty awesome, isn't it?!  Yes!!

I was listening to a song called, "One LIfe" by Boyce Avenue.  The lyrics in the chorus being with, "Open your eyes, and know you're free to come alive, you've got to live it while you can, We only get one life."

It's a great song, and it shares a great message.  There is absolutely no time to waste!  In my opinion, happiness, love, relationships, being at the ocean, having mai tais, and having fun should be among the most important goals of life.  Again, that's just my perspective, and I'm sure that many people value other things too, which is fine!

In order to achieve my goals for life, I've found that it's completely necessary to be in tuned with what my heart is telling me at all times, and in all situations.  I've also found that being true to who I am brings a freedom that allows me to feel happy much of the time!

Being true to who we are, following our hearts, and loving one another are a recipe for success.  I hope that you agree!

YOU - yes YOU who is reading this post, deserve to feel happy on your journey!  We only get to take this ride through life once, so LIVE IT UP!!

Remind yourself that you're an amazing guy or girl, and don't let anything or anyone stop you on your way to achieving your goals and your dreams.

PS - This post only took approximately 8 hours to post.  I fell asleep for a few hours - which is annoying because I don't like to sleep!!  You miss out on life!  Haha.

Love ya!

Jesse xx
